Privacy
How we handle what you send us through this site today. A full policy, reviewed by counsel, will replace this page before Vulti launches.
- What we collect
- What you type into our forms, plus when and from which country it was sent.
- Why
- To contact you about Vulti.
- Where it lives
- With Cloudflare, which hosts this site.
- What we never do
- Sell it or rent it.
What we collect
The player waitlist and the founding-venue application are the only places this site asks for information. We keep exactly what you submit:
- Player waitlist: your email; on the full form, also your name and how often you play; and, if you add them, your city and state and the games you play.
- Founding-venue applications: your name, role, poker room name, city, state, number of tables and email, plus your phone number, current tools and any note, if you add them.
With each sign-up we also record when it arrived, which form it came from and the country it was sent from, as reported by Cloudflare. We don't store your IP address with it. If you sign up again with the same email, we update the details we already hold rather than keep a second copy.
Why we use it
To contact you about Vulti: to tell you when it opens at a room near you, to follow up on a founding-venue application, and to plan the pilot with the rooms taking part. Where and what you play helps us decide which rooms come first.
Where it's kept
Sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Only the Vulti team can see them.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Seeing, changing or deleting it
Email hello@getvulti.com to see what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. You can also ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
About this page
