No. Vulti doesn't take bets or run games. Every hand is dealt on premises at a licensed card room; the app handles the lists, registrations, tickets and your records around it.
When you get to the room, show your pass at the podium or check in with your location. That tells the floor you're in the building, so when your name comes up they can seat you.
No. The wallet is optional and only available where permitted, and payment methods vary by jurisdiction. Waitlists, tournament tickets and session tracking all work without it.
