In many rooms the list still lives on a whiteboard, or on an in-room system nobody can see from home. Buy-ins are cash with no record tied to the player, and the night closes out by hand. If you want to know where you stand, you have to be in the building.

Built for the strictest market first.

Compliance is designed in, not added later. Every feature switches on or off per jurisdiction, and Vulti is not a gambling operator: all wagering happens on premises, at licensed venues.

CTRs, prepared automatically

A CTR is due when a player has more than $10,000 in cash in, or cash out, in a gaming day. Each side is totaled separately, and the CTR is drafted for your team to review and file.

Switches for every jurisdiction

Turn features on or off to match local rules. When it's off in DiamondOps, it's off in the app.

Wallet and payment features are enabled only where permitted.

Self-exclusion, enforced on both sides

Flag a player once. The app closes your room's registration and waitlists to that UPID, and the front desk sees the flag at check-in.

Age and ID checks at sign-up

A UPID is issued only after an age and ID check, so every UPID holder is verified. Walk-ins without one are marked unverified in your player list.

Two-person approval above $5,000

Payouts and cash-outs over $5,000 need a second sign-off before cash leaves the cage.

An audit trail on every action

Who did what, when, and for which player. Every seat, buy-in, payout and setting change is logged.

Made for the 3-to-12-table room.

Most US rooms are small: 3 to 12 tables, a daily tournament, a few $1/$3 and $2/$5 games. They need the whole room in one suite, at a fair price, not another tool that covers a slice.

EveryoneIs Vulti a gambling app?

No. Vulti isn't a gambling operator and never takes a bet. It handles everything around the game: finding a seat, joining waitlists, registering for tournaments, checking in and tracking your sessions. All wagering happens on premises at licensed poker rooms, under the oversight they already have.

PlayersWhere can I use it?

Nowhere just yet. Vulti is in development and will start at a small group of founding poker rooms, which we're choosing now. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when a room near you is on Vulti.

PlayersDoes the wallet work in my state?

It depends on where you play. Wallet rules vary by jurisdiction, so buy-ins and cash-outs through Vulti are switched on only where they're permitted. Where they aren't, you buy in at the cage the way you do today.

Your Universal Player ID: one verified poker identity that goes with you to every room on Vulti. It links what you do in the app with the room's records in DiamondOps, so you don't start from scratch at every new room.
