A Saturday at Riverside Card Room

Your Saturday, from open to close.

One tournament night in DiamondOps: cash on tables 1–4, the Deep Stack on tables 5–12, and the count at the cage after close.

  1. 4:00PM

    Set tonight's tables and games.

Spread cash on tables 1–4, NLH $1/$3 and NLH $2/$5, and hold tables 5–12 for the Deep Stack. The games show up in the Vulti app as soon as they're set, so players at home know what's running.

  2. 6:00PM

    The Deep Stack sells out.

Players have been registering from their phones all week, each with a QR ticket: 58 of the 72 seats went in the app. Walk-ups take the rest at the desk, on the same list, until it hits the cap.

  3. 7:00PM

    Shuffle up and deal.

The seat draw puts all 72 players across tables 5–12, nine to a table, and each player's table and seat lands in their app. Nobody crowds the desk to find their name.

  4. 8:45PM

Peak. 23 on the cash list.

Four cash tables, 23 waiting. Some joined from home, some at the podium; DiamondOps keeps one order. A seat opens on Table 4, you tap Call next, Aisha Khan's phone buzzes and the seat is held for 10 minutes.

  5. 10:00PM

    Balance the tables.

Level 9, 38 of 72 left. DiamondOps tells you which seat to move to keep the tables even, and the player sees the new table and seat in their app.

  6. 11:30PM

    Down to the final table.

Nine left, at one table. Payouts were calculated from the real prize pool before the first hand: $9,360 across 9 places, paid at the cage as each player finishes, with a record on every one.

  7. 2:00AM

    The day, reconciled in minutes.

Every buy-in, cash-out, entry and payout is already logged against a player and a staff member. The cage counts the drawer, checks it against the log and closes the day.

Who it's for

Built around the jobs on your floor.

The floor, the tournament desk and the office each get the view they need, from the same live data. Nobody re-enters what someone else already typed.

For the cage and compliance

Compliance, kept as the night happens.

Cash is tied to a verified player from buy-in to cash-out, so the records your regulator asks for exist before anyone asks. Built for the strictest market first.

CTRs over $10,000

Cash-in and cash-out are each totaled per player for the gaming day, never added together. When either goes over $10,000, the CTR is drafted from records you already have.

Two-person approval over $5,000

A cash-out or payout above $5,000 waits for a second staff member to approve it before the cage pays.

Self-exclusion that holds

Players on your self-exclusion list can't join your lists or register for your events in the Vulti app, and your floor sees the flag before anyone seats them.

Age verification on record

Each player's age check is stored against their UPID, so the record is there the next time someone asks.

An audit trail on everything

Every buy-in, cash-out, edit and approval is logged with the staff member and the time.

Switched per jurisdiction

Wallet and payment features turn on only where they're permitted, and stay off everywhere else.

Operator FAQ

Questions from the floor.

Straight answers for owners, managers and the cage. Anything else, ask us directly.

What does DiamondOps cost?

Nothing during the pilot: founding venues use it free while we build it with them. Pricing for general release hasn't been set yet. The aim is a complete suite at a fair price for a small room, not a bill for each feature.

What hardware do we need?

A browser on the screens you already have. DiamondOps is a web app, so it runs on the computers at the podium, the cage, the TD desk and the office. There's nothing to install.

We already use a waitlist board or a listing service. Do we have to drop it?

Not on day one. You can start with the list and the floor and keep your current tools running alongside until your staff trust it. When you're ready, DiamondOps covers the rest of the room: tournaments, the cage and compliance.

Who owns the data?

Your room's records are yours: tables, games, transactions and compliance logs. A player's UPID belongs to the player and follows them to other rooms on the network. The details are put in writing with each founding venue.

How much training does our staff need?

If your floor staff can work a phone, they can work the list. We train your floor, tournament and cage staff during setup, on your own games and stakes.

Is Vulti a gambling operator?

No. All wagering happens on your premises, under your license. Vulti handles registration, information, tracking and communication, plus wallet functions where they're permitted.

Can players buy in and cash out through the app?

Only where it's permitted. Wallet and payment features switch on per jurisdiction and stay off everywhere else. Cash at the cage works the same as it always has, with a record tied to the player.

We run more than one room. Does it handle that?

Not yet. Each founding venue runs as one room. Tools for managing several rooms are on the roadmap.
